My Philosophy
My Tantric, heart-centered approach is about empowering you to seek and embrace your innate goodness—and then enhance it.
Rather than quickly moving through a series of postures (asanas), together we gently break each movement into separate pieces, gradually unfolding a pose in increments.
Through the cultivation of meditative awareness, proper body alignment, and conscious breath work (pranayama), you're empowered to dig deeper and truly get to know who you are from the inside out. Your heart, your actions, your range-of-motion, your body.
From this space of heightened inner awareness, you can draw from the lessons you've learned on the mat to live in greater harmony with your body, what's in your heart, and the world around you. That's the path to true self-discovery.
My Experience
I've taught yoga full-time for 26 years. Students I've worked with have successfully healed symptoms of multiple sclerosis and other chronic conditions. My experience includes:
