CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR YOGA RETREATS
By signing the Credit Card Authorization form you give Tiffany Wood Yoga permission to charge your card for the balance 30 days prior to retreat start.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR YOGA RETREATS
- If you cancel 60 days or more before the event start date, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
- If you cancel 30 to 59 days before the event start date, you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee.
- If you cancel within 29 days or less from event start date, you forfeit the entire registration fee.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
Participants are responsible for all nights reserved at the rate reserved. There are no refunds or prorating for arriving later or leaving earlier than the reserved dates, despite unforeseen circumstances such as delayed or canceled flights, illness, injury, etc.
Travel from the Puerto Vallarta Airport to the resort, Mar de Jade, is provided at no additional cost to participants arriving at the airport on Saturday, October 22 before 4:00pm MT. Travel from Mar de Jade to the airport is provided at no cost to participants departing the resort between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm MT on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Should a participant require travel outside of the scheduled arrival and departure times, the participant is responsible for taxi/van costs.
Force Majeure Tiffany Wood Yoga’s failure to perform any term or condition of this contract as a result of an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control such as, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, fires, flood, epidemics, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any facility, shall not be deemed a breach of this Contract. Tiffany Wood Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat in case of force majeure. In this event, no refund is possible. Tiffany Wood Yoga is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of event cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
In the case of force majeure during the retreat, Tiffany Wood Yoga will take the best course of action to keep all guests safe as decided by Tiffany Wood and Mar de Jade management. This may include emergency evacuation and cancellation of the event. Should the retreat group be evacuated, Tiffany Wood Yoga will make its best efforts to provide an option of safe accommodation to the group as long as necessary at the participants’ expense. The participants or their insurance company will cover all monies associated with room and food costs for the time away from the resort property.
Health and Assumption of Risk Participants are to ensure that they have no physical or medical conditions that would adversely affect their ability to stay at Mar de Jade and to take part in the yoga retreat. Attending the retreat is at the risk of the participant and as such Tiffany Wood Yoga and Mar de Jade are not liable for any injuries incurred while on the property. Tiffany Wood Yoga is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all participants. However, all participants must assume the risk inherent in travel. Tiffany Wood Yoga is not responsible for any unexpected risks or occurrences including those from weather, terrain, wildlife or other force majeure.
